It is forbidden to icing near the anterior part of the heart (the middle line of the left clavicle and the fifth intercostal space) in order to avoid coronary artery spasm.

Patients with cardiovascular diseases, as well as behind ear, abdomen, scrotum, foot and other parts should not be cold compressed.

Icing should not be applied to patients with skin damage, open wounds, edema and cold allergy.

Elderly or infants and diabetic patients should use icing cautiously.

The icing time is 20-30 minutes each time. Skin changes should be observed every 10 minutes to avoid frostbite.

No alcohol massage or hot compress is allowed within 48 hours after injury.

Icing for the purpose of reducing muscle soreness and eliminating fatigue after vigorous exercise should be carried out sequentially after moderate stretching and relaxation of muscles.

Do not use icing when corneal inflammation, in order to avoid aggravating the condition.

Please do not process, modify or repair this product by yourself.

Wash with a neutral detergent when washing. Do not use bleach or softener. To prevent it from fading or rug the hook surface to damage other clothing, do not wash it with other items.

Do not expose to the sun after washing, and hang it to dry. Do not use dryers and irons to avoid deformation or damage.

Keep it in a well ventilated place away from high temperature and humidity.
